Additional Details: THIS CLINIC IS FOR #1PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE DOSES ONLY AND WILL BE LOCATED AT THE VALDEZ CIVIC CENTER ~This clinic is for any Alaska resident that lives in the Valdez area and meets the criteria for all previous tiers up to and including Phase 1 B2. ~To check eligibility please go to: covidvax.alaska.gov. ~Face masks and 6 ft distancing will be required for your safety and others. ~A 15-30 minute observation period will be required after vaccination. ~ Your appointment for your #2 vaccine will be given before leaving this clinic. ~Your #2 vaccine dose is only guaranteed if you keep your appointment at the already scheduled #2 dose clinic on March 25th at the Valdez Civic Center. ~If you are ill and have been exposed to an ill person or someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home and call your provider for instructions. Even if you have just ONE symptom and even if your symptoms are mild, STAY HOME and call your provider to make an appointment to get tested for COVID-19.
